From 24 bottles or an order value of CHF 500, shipping is free of charge. For smaller orders we charge as follows:

- 1 - 6 bottles: CHF 10.00

- 7 - 23 bottles: CHF 20.50

- From 24 bottles: Free shipping

The delivery is carried out within 2 - 3 working days. Delays in dispatch are rare, but can occur. As this is beyond our control, we cannot accept any responsibility for this.

Pick-up from place will be possible only with appointment.

Defects

We ask the buyer to check the condition of the received goods immediately after receipt. After three

days, the delivery is considered to be approved.

We only deliver wines that are in perfect condition. Wines which have cones will be refunded.

Wines with "TAP TASTE" will be reimbursed if the fault can be determined and the bottle is at least two thirds full.
